Dr. Prgomet finds her greatest fulfillment in internal and emergency medicine – fields that demand quick thinking, broad knowledge, and a calm, focused approach. It is in these challenging moments that her desire to help those who cannot speak for themselves truly shines, ensuring every patient receives the care and attention they deserve.
She has always felt a strong bond with animals, a love present since early childhood. Toward the end of high school, veterinary medicine revealed itself as her calling, and today she describes it as one of the best decisions she has ever made.
Dr. Prgomet especially values the moments when the entire team works as one – when knowledge, experience, and effort unite toward a shared goal, leading to the successful resolution of a medical case and the recovery of a patient. These experiences reinforce the importance of collaboration in veterinary medicine and continue to motivate her in the fast-paced rhythm of her work.
At home, her days are brightened by her mixed-breed dog, Dodo, who has been by her side for 13 years. A loyal companion, Dodo shares her free time and serves as a constant reminder of why she chose this profession.
