Dr. Ivana Ćapeta is an accomplished veterinarian with extensive experience in internal medicine, known for her calm demeanor, precise diagnostics, and unwavering dedication to her patients. Her passion for medicine and animals has been present since childhood, making veterinary science – as she puts it – her “first and only choice.”
Throughout her career, she has focused on cardiology and ophthalmology. She has a particular interest in veterinary cardiology and is currently completing the international ESAVS program (European School for Advanced Veterinary Studies), the highest European standard in advanced veterinary education. This training allows her to apply the latest knowledge and treatment methods in her daily practice, ensuring her patients receive modern, high-quality care.
Her thoroughness, reliability, and empathy provide pets and their owners with confidence and reassurance, especially in sensitive situations. She is especially motivated by the dynamic nature of the profession and the constant opportunity to learn. “No two days are the same in veterinary medicine – it’s a challenge, but also the beauty of our profession,” says Dr. Ćapeta.
In her free time, she enjoys family life and spending time outdoors with her Jack Russell Terrier, Kali. Walks and nature help her recharge and stay connected to what truly inspires her.
She is particularly excited to work in a modern, fully equipped veterinary hospital, where strong teamwork and advanced technology support the highest level of care.
